About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team at Hitech Remedial Builders Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects (flammable cladding replacement) through effective contract management and project oversight.

What you'll be doing

Reviewing and negotiating construction contracts/agreements.

Monitoring and managing contractual obligations and milestones

Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance

Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues

Preparing progress reports and documentation for project management

Providing guidance and support to project teams on contractual and commercial matters

Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Manager in the Australian construction industry

Strong understanding of NSW construction legislation and contracts, procurement processes and project management principles

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related field

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to interpret and apply complex contractual terms and conditions

Proficient in contract administration, risk management and project documentation

Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft skills

Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar
