Due to our current workload, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team with Class 2 Luxury Residential and Commercial Experience

The role as Senior Contract Manager will work directly with Project Management team and closely with the Director.

Administration management of the processes involved in contractual and financial part of the project will be the essential part of this role. Communication and co-ordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the construction team will also be a major part of this role.

You are required to participate in the management and communication with the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Principal contractor.

This is a site / office-based (not work from home) position.

Responsibilities - but not limited to the following:

· Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor packages and contracts

· Managing variations, progress claims, and payment schedules

· Maintaining accurate contract documentation and registers

· Assisting with project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

· Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

· Supporting project delivery to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance are met

· Direct co-ordination with Team on Site with day-to-day Operations.

Requirements:

· Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident

· At least 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (ideally within Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects, otherwise strong residential background)

· A solid understanding of construction contracts, processes, and compliance

· Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
