We’re now introducing a brand-new role to strengthen our operations team: Contracts Manager. This position has been created to bring structure, clarity, and support across our projects, making sure supervisors can focus on site execution while contracts, budgets, and risks are managed effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Contracts Manager, you’ll be the link between planning and delivery. Your work will include:
Coordinating supervisors and supporting their day-to-day site execution.
Overseeing contracts, variations, and compliance documentation.
Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost vs claim reports to protect project profitability.
Running operational meetings and ensuring the right information flows to clients, subcontractors, and leadership.
Identifying risks early, keeping projects audit-ready, and closing them out successfully.
