Amescorp, one of NSW’s leading builders of quality Granny Flats, is looking for a dynamic and professional Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Due to an increase in business and enquiries, we are seeking a dedicated individual who meets the following criteria:

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visits: Conduct pre-arranged appointments with clients at their properties who have enquired about building their Granny Flat or Studio.
- Client Discussions:Engage with clients to understand their ideas and requirements, and discuss what they would like to build.
- Site Assessments: Assess what is possible on each client's site, identifying any additional costs and issues that may apply.
- Proposal Creation: Put together detailed proposals based on the clients' needs and site assessments.
- Follow-up and Sales: Perform all necessary follow-up work to convert proposals into finalised sales.

Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Computer Proficiency: Have a good understanding of various computer programs essential for creating proposals and managing client information.
- Team Player: Be a strong team player who can collaborate with colleagues while also being able to work autonomously when required.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate a great work ethic with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

- Work Environment: Join a professional and vibrant team based out of our modern showroom in Glendenning.
- Training: Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in this role.
- Experience: While full training is provided, having similar experience in a related field will be a significant advantage.
