TLB Timber Pty Ltd is a wholesaler, specialising in supplying the Australian timber industry with high quality imported timber products. Situated in Geebung, Brisbane, we service customers across Australia. We have an opening for an Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our operations and be part of our success.

About your new role?

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

Assist customers with phone sales enquiries;

Provide product information and support to customers (face to face, phone and email);

Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers;

Assist with organising deliveries and logistics;

Ensure customers receive a high standard of service; and

General administration duties related to your role.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, a true customer service focus and enjoy working in an open and dynamic environment. In addition, and key for success in this role, the successful candidate will have:

Self motivated with a good work ethic;

Sales and customer service experience (timber industry knowledge not necessary);

Attention to detail and good organisational skills;

Intermediate level of computer skills; and

Possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

An above market salary package is available for the right candidate.
