This is our first dedicated Hydraulics-focused role in Brisbane – and it’s your chance to take the lead.

We're bringing our trusted name, experienced team, and exceptional service model to Brisbane, and we’re looking for a driven individual to help us make our mark. This isn’t just another internal sales role — it’s a rare opportunity to establish and shape our Hydraulics presence in a growing market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare proposals, quotes and invoices for walk in customers as well as telephone and email enquiries.

Ensure all tasks completed have appropriate sales documents prepared.

Liaising with the team regarding stock and deliveries

Cultivating and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients

Driving sales and identifying growth opportunities

Providing technical support and expert advice on hydraulic solutions

Working closely with our national sales team to support strategic expansion

Owning your targets — and exceeding them

Some crossover in Allison parts interpreting will be required, Training provided

What We’re Looking For

Internal sales experience — ideally in hydraulics, truck equipment, or mechanical systems

A strong communicator who enjoys solving problems for customers

Self-driven and adaptable — someone who thrives in an evolving environment

Technically minded, with knowledge of hydraulics considered a big plus
