The Marlow Hotel Group is seeking a seasoned, passionate and people-focused General Manager to lead one of Western Sydney’s most exciting transformation projects — Doonside Hotel.

A previous sub-par offering, this multi-faceted venue is preparing for a major capital investment to completely elevate its experience — including upgraded accommodation, an enhanced sports bar, and a destination-style gaming room designed to position the hotel as a true market leader.

With strong backing from a hands-on senior leadership team, you’ll have the autonomy and freedom to operate the venue day-to-day, while helping shape its future direction during this exciting period of growth and redevelopment.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in a General Manager, Venue Manager, or Licensee role; proven success managing gaming, food & beverage, and accommodation operations; strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on building positive culture; the ability to identify and activate key revenue levers across all departments; a sound understanding of NSW liquor and gaming compliance; and a genuine passion for hospitality and community engagement.
