Located in the heart of wine country, Mudgee is one of NSW’s most loved destinations. Just 3.5 hours from Sydney, it’s a place where award-winning wineries, incredible food, and a growing wellness scene meet warm country hospitality. Nestled on the edge of town is The Clairfield Hotel, a design-led property that’s on the way to becoming a benchmark for luxury regional stays.

The Hotel features 56 beautifully appointed rooms, Gigi’s restaurant, Jila Wellness Centre (featuring infrared sauna and float therapy) a pool, gym and steam room. The hotel is unlike anything else in the region.

We are looking for a General Manager who can lead our rockstar team and help us take this already special property to the next level.

What we’re looking for

A proven leader, someone who inspires their team, builds culture, and leads with positivity.

3+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role within hotels or resorts.

Revenue management smarts - you know how to drive demand, grow revenue and maintain control of costs.

A genuine love of people, community, and hospitality.
