WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a dynamite Sales Consultant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of customer applications, helping us move them through the sales pipeline, completing assessments and writing loans and, funding new loans.

Your typical day could include:

Calling leads to convert into applications, and follow up required loan documentation and information.

Communicating with applicants via phone and email

Completing assessments on submitted applications (loan writing)

Taking part in team meetings to understand and achieve daily and weekly team goals

Contributing to our fun and inclusive company culture

WHAT WE EXPECT

Provide excellent customer service – talk with a smile
Achieve weekly and monthly targets and KPIs – kick your goals
Work within current lending legislation and compliance requirements – follow the rules

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Either have experience in loan underwriting or sales OR maybe you don’t, and that’s cool too – we’ll teach you everything you need to know – the Rapid way.

Have high-level communication skills and be comfortable talking to customers on the phone.
