The role:

You’ll be on the front line of real estate sales – learning the business by doing the business. That includes:

Prospecting via door knocking, cold calling, direct mail, and social media

Assisting in property campaigns and working alongside our lead agent

Creating and executing marketing ideas that cut through (social media skills a plus, but not essential)

What we’re looking for:

Open car licence (required)

Sales experience in any industry (car sales, recruitment, etc.) is highly regarded, but not essential

A strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in sales – resilience, grit, and drive

Fearless attitude and willingness to get uncomfortable to achieve results
