Milieu Early Education & Care is looking for a motivated professional to job share with our current Nominated Supervisor, gaining hands-on leadership experience while transitioning into an administrative role.

What You’ll Do:

Co-lead the service alongside the current Nominated Supervisor.

Oversee and mentor the room educators, ensuring high-quality programs for children.

Manage regulatory and administrative responsibilities during office days.

Support staff in curriculum planning, compliance, and operational tasks.

Maintain strong communication with families, staff, and management.

Balance hands-on teaching as a 3–4 Room Educator with administrative responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid Childcare Diploma or higher qualification.

Experience working with children aged 2–5 years.

Passion for leadership and professional growth.

Strong communication, organisation, and mentoring skills.

Interest in moving into an administrative/managerial role.
