About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Pulo Services' RSL Club in Marsden Park, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our club's patrons, staff, and assets. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all who visit our establishment.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular patrols of the club's premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches

Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies, following established protocols

Liaise with club management, staff, and external authorities (e.g. police) to coordinate security-related matters

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security-related activities and incidents

Assist with the enforcement of the club's policies and regulations, ensuring compliance from all visitors

Provide a friendly and professional presence, helping to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all club patrons

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a security or related role, preferably within the club or hospitality industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people

A current Security Officer License (NSW) or the ability to obtain one

Familiarity with relevant security legislation and regulations

A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
