We’re searching for a switched-on Accounts & Business Support Officer who can step confidently into a 12-month maternity leave contract, keep the wheels turning, and bring a high standard of accuracy, initiative and accountability.

What You’ll Do 🧾

Keep accounts payable/receivable sharp, clean and on time.

Coordinate invoicing, quotes and claims for service and electrical divisions.

Reconcile accounts and produce reports that make sense, not headaches.

Drive compliance and audit readiness like it’s second nature.

Spot issues early and solve them before they land on someone else’s desk.

What You’ll Bring

Solid accounts & admin experience (Level 4 Clerks Award or equivalent).

Confidence with Xero, Excel, and operational systems.

Calm under pressure, sharp with detail, and unafraid to chase things up.

A collaborative streak — you’ll be in the middle of finance, service and projects.

Experience with Aroflo an advantage

The ability to step in and deliver from day one.

The Offer

Fixed-term 12-month maternity leave cover.

40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
