Due to ongoing growth, these guys are primed to put on an experienced General Manager to lead & manage operations, ensure financial performance, deliver projects with excellence, whilst fostering sustainable growth for the company.

Outstanding Salary Package $200k-$220k per annum

Have you got what it takes?
Technical knowledge in electrical or engineering fields (preferred, but not essential)
Proven senior leadership experience, preferably in industrial infrastructure construction, engineering, finance and accounting.
Strong people leadership skills – able to direct, inspire, and mentor staff at all levels.
Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L, forecasting, reporting) + demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting & cashflow.
Track record scaling business performance and turnover.
Proven ability to negotiate complex projects and build strategic partnerships
Strong client management and business development capability.
Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The Role:
This role requires strong leadership and the ability to direct and inspire a high-performing senior management team, while building strong client relationships and positioning the company as an industry leader.
Core responsibilities include:
Provide clear direction, leadership, and inspiration to the senior management team.
Lead and deliver on agreed budgets, financial targets, and cashflow management.
Conduct regular financial and operational reporting to the Managing Director and the Advisory Board.
Lead business development, tendering, and market positioning activities.
Oversee workflow planning, project delivery, and operational performance.
Support and guide Project Managers and Engineers in delivering projects on time and on budget.
Mentor and develop staff, ensuring career pathways, succession planning, and ongoing professional growth.
Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, staff motivation, and salary/wage reviews
