JMT Civil is seeking a driven General Manager to lead our multi-division civil organisation, comprising:

Civil Construction

Early Works (demolition, remediation & land clearing)

Heavy Haulage

This is a rare opportunity to take full operational control of a growing business, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring year-on-year growth, and maintaining compliance across all facets of the organisation.

What we’re looking for:

10+ years in project management or similar leadership roles

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver strong margins

Relentless work ethic and commitment to long hours for long-term success

Strategic thinker with hands-on capability across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Systems, Recruitment & R&D

Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 per annum + Car + Super

Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonus implemented after 12 months of successful leadership

Location: Gregory Hills, NSW
