We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our Brisbane team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on helping clients achieve their financial goals, whether it’s purchasing their first home, expanding an investment portfolio, or navigating the complexities of SMSF and self-employed lending.
About the Role As a Mortgage Broker, you will:

• Work with a wide range of clients across residential lending, investment lending, SMSF, and self-employed borrowers.
• Provide tailored lending solutions, ensuring clients receive exceptional service from application through to settlement.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and results.
• Liaise with banks, non-bank lenders, and specialist providers to deliver the best outcomes for each client.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and compliance requirements.

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Mortgage Broker (minimum 2 years preferred) with a strong track record of success.
• Confident working across residential and investment lending, as well as complex scenarios such as SMSF and self-employed income streams.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in managing client pipelines.
• Diploma-qualified (Finance and Mortgage Broking) with current industry accreditations.
