The Role:
You'll manage end-to-end lending for a steady stream of warm leads and repeat clients, providing a high-touch service while focusing on residential lending (with exposure to complex structures). Your success will be backed by an experienced internal team handling processing and administration.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or Banker

Experience managing complex residential deals

Strong client relationship and communication skills

Ambition to grow and contribute long-term

Based in or able to work from South Brisbane office (flexibility available once established)
