You'll be the key to ensuring seamless client experiences, from handling communications to coordinating post-settlement care. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of administrative support to our mortgage brokers, helping them manage client files and workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, providing friendly and professional service throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate post-settlement care, ensuring our clients feel supported long after their loan is finalised.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the utmost care.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven mortgage administration experience, ideally within a finance or banking environment.
- Previous experience in a broker support or lending role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- A friendly, approachable attitude that aligns with our company culture
