Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of administrative support to our mortgage brokers, helping them manage client files and workflows.
  
  
• Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, providing friendly and professional service throughout the loan process.
  
  
• Coordinate post-settlement care, ensuring our clients feel supported long after their loan is finalised.
  
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the utmost care.
  
  
• Work both independently and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven mortgage administration experience, ideally within a finance or banking environment.
  
  
• Previous experience in a broker support or lending role
  
  
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
