About the Opportunity
The EDRMS Support Officer is responsible for:
EDRMS end user support
EDRMS system administration
maintenance of EDRMS users, groups and security requirements
assisting with EDRMS testing, maintenance and documentation
information management project support.
About the Business
Information Management Services is a small team focused on assisting AGD's various business units maintain high standards of information management by providing policy, training and practical assistance for hard copy and digital information management. IMS administers the corporate EDRMS, Objective, and the multiple corporate workflows available

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
Some out of hours work may be required.
