We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Finance Manager to join our clients dedicated team. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance, this pivotal role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This key role is responsible for leading all financial accounting and taxation-related activities, as well as overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. You will also provide key business partnering support to various departments, including budgeting and forecasting.

In the role you will:

• Lead all regulatory financial requirements including audits, statutory accounts, BAS, FBT, and NFP submissions.
• Own balance sheet preparation, cashflow modelling, and treasury functions.
• Provide business partnering, reporting, and forecasting for Affiliate States and internal departments.
• Manage revenue recognition models and investment asset accounting.
• Oversee Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Receivable teams.
• Deliver government acquittals and stadium settlement processes.
• Offer technical accounting advice to the GM Finance and CFO.
• Lead regulatory financial obligations, including audits and statutory

Ideally, you will have:

• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience in a commercial or industry setting, with a Chartered Accounting background highly regarded.
• Strong experience in treasury and cashflow modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to deliver precise and reliable financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and high levels of professionalism and integrity.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
