It’s an exciting time at Mercedes-Benz Waverley! We are recruiting a high-profile AMG Sales Specialist who can introduce our VIP customers to Mercedes-Benz's finest luxury vehicles at our prime location in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs.

About the Role: As an AMG Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our exclusive range of AMG vehicles while providing personalised guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the most suitable AMG vehicle.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AMG features, specifications, and performance capabilities.
  • Provide accurate and transparent information about pricing, financing options, and available upgrades to customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring a smooth and seamless sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitors, and AMG Mercedes-Benz product developments.
  • Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs.
  • Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain data history on our software system.
  • Deliver vehicles and provide exceptional after-sales support.

About You:

  • You specialise in selling prestige luxury vehicles and understand what it means to go above and beyond every time.
  • You desire to exceed customer expectations, matching them with their dream car.
  • You possess a strong passion for luxury vehicles and excellent knowledge of the AMG Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build customer trust and rapport.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
