To be successful you will need to CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a local public practice. You need to demonstrate your capacity to work as a leader as well as have initiative and be enthusiastic. As an individual you will display a high level of interpersonal skills and prior experience engaging with clients.
