Project Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a quality Project Manager, who has the desire to work for a reputable and national Tier 3 full D&C commercial construction company. Join a construction company who specialise in high-quality new build & fitout projects. With a reputation for delivering excellence, our clients focus on projects ranging from $5M to $30M.

The Role
You will be involved in new build projects specifically. The bonus is that you will have quality job security. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of one or multiple projects depending on size and scope.

The ideal applicant will either be an established Project Manager who has experience delivering new build projects, or a Project Engineer from the Teir 1 space looking for an opportunity to work as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects valued between $5M and $30M.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects, including both new build and potentially fitout scopes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in the $5M-$30M range.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
