The Role

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a projects valued between $20m - $80m. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.

The Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.

Build and develop your team.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale, Mid-rise, Hospitality and Education construction projects.

Minimum 3-5 years in commercial construction working on Projects valued between $20m - $50m

Must have a stable background

A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is highly regarded.
