You want autonomy to run your own projects and develop business leadership skills — we’ll help you learn how to run a business (and you might want “a piece” of ours one day).

What You’ll Own

Project schedules: we say what we mean, and we deliver on time.

Project budgets: set, agreed and actively managed.

Stakeholder relationships: manage up and out — build working relationships people want to keep.

Site supervision: ensure work meets design intent, specs, timelines and regulations.

Procurement & deliveries: coordinate materials and trades; bring and grow a quality network of industry contacts.

Senior point of contact: visible leadership, clear communication and accountable reporting.

Support for directors: supply insights and data that help us win more great work.

Core Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in construction project management or construction supervision (or demonstrable equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes and materials.

High emotional intelligence — you manage people and relationships as well as programs.

A reliable, can-do work ethic. No clock-watching.

Nice-to-Haves

Desire and ability to teach and mentor others.

Interest in obtaining a Building Practitioners License.

Entrepreneurial ambition — want to grow into senior leadership / profit-sharing.
