About the role

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Receptionist/ Office Coordinator to join our growing team at My Physio My Health in Adelaide, SA. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and managing administrative duties for our allied health clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services

Processing payments, invoices and maintaining accurate patient records

Providing administrative support to the allied health professionals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or allied health setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients

Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Friendly, patient and professional demeanour

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
