Your new role
Your new role as Service Administrator will join a fantastic team reporting to the General Manager. You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
- Manage timesheet data entry, phone support, and administration of vehicle and special hazard systems.
- Oversee procurement, logging, and distribution of test books, uniforms, PPE, and other essential materials.
- Monitor and maintain EHS compliance records, including inductions, licenses, and permits.
- Handle document management and generate condition reports as requested by customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate communication.
- Administer purchase orders and invoicing to optimise cash flow and minimise payment delays.
- Process accounts receivable and payable transactions, including coding and daily banking.
- Support fleet management through coordination of vehicle requirements and electronic filing.
- Uphold EHS policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the service team.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry, document management, and compliance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Ability to manage invoicing and financial transactions accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a service team and contribute to process improvements.
- Competence in using business systems and technology for reporting, record-keeping, and fleet coordination.
