About the Role
As a Student Administration Services Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of student, teaching, and learning activities. Working as part of a collaborative university-wide team, you will help deliver an exceptional student experience through accurate data management, responsive customer service, and efficient day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will:
- Provide timely support to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate student records and process a variety of student lifecycle tasks.
- Assist with the preparation and administration of topics and courses.
- Support improvements to processes, systems, and services.
About You
You are an organised and proactive administrator with excellent customer service and communication skills. As a motivated self-starter, you will successfully work independently and collaboratively to deliver operational services in a fast-paced, high volume matrix team environment. You will harness your sound initiative and organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise your workload while consistently achieving quality outcomes. Your knowledge of contemporary administrative systems, software, and practices will give you the ability to interpret and apply a range of relevant policies and procedures within a complex organization.
