About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and organized Service & Installation Administrator to join our dynamic team.

A multifaceted role ensuring the smooth operation of the business performing a range of tasks. Responsible for assisting in both administrative, installation admin, service and customer service tasks that are essential to business operations.

This role will interact with retail, commercial and wholesale customers with a focus on developing efficient processes and great customer outcomes.

Your skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Proven experience in administration & coordinating schedules.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent memory and multitasking capabilities.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

Positive attitude.

Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn industry-specific software.

Experience in the blinds, awnings, or home improvement industry is advantageous but not essential. We value the right skills and attitude and will provide training to help you adapt to our specific products and processes.
