Join Our Team – Customer Service Representative
Location: Heatherbrae (Newcastle)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 p/h + Superannuation
Pay range subject to experience.

Australian Caravan Centre is growing, and we’re excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Newcastle team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in keeping things organised behind the scenes. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel supported while also helping our dealership run smoothly with day-to-day administration.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming customers and checking in their caravans for service or repairs.

Responding to enquiries (phone, email, and face-to-face) with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Assisting the Service Manager with bookings, invoicing, and scheduling repairs and appointments.

Keeping records up to date in Monday.com and other systems.

Supporting the wider dealership team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive outcomes for both the customer and the business.

About you:

A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Strong organisational skills and confidence using computer systems.

Team player who is proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.

Previous administration or dealership experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

An interest in caravanning and camping will be an advantage!
