About the role

We are looking for two part-time Accounts Payable/Data Entry person to join our team at NEW CARE SERVICES LTD in Essendon, Victoria. This role is critical to ensuring the financial operations of our organisation run smoothly and efficiently. As an Accounts Payable/Data Entry Person you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting our accounting processes. Each position will be for 30 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts payable and receivable in a timely manners

Providing support to the finance team as needed

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as an Accounts Payable or Data Entry or similar role in the Accounting industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications particularly Hubdocs and Xero

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and problem-solving approach to work

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of financial information
