Frank Busch Inspection is an independent specialist inspection company ensuring clients’ pressure equipment meets Australian Standards and safety requirements. We’re a small, professional team seeking a reliable Accounts and Administration Officer to support our operations.

The opportunity

Design a work week that fits your life. This flexible part-time role (20–25 hours) can be scheduled around school times, with part of the week worked from home. You’ll own core finance and admin processes and help us run smoothly day to day.

What you’ll do

Run accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing and payment follow-ups

Complete bank reconciliations and track expenses

Maintain accurate client and project records

Assist with scheduling, correspondence and general admin

Jump in on ad hoc admin tasks to support the team

About you

Solid accounts/bookkeeping and office administration experience

Confident with MYOB and Microsoft Office

Meticulous, organised, and proactive

Friendly and professional, comfortable working independently and in a small team

Trusted to handle confidential information with integrity
