Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately on a temporary contract with a possibility of permanency.

Our Client, based in the western suburbs, is a well-respected organisation which is experiencing an ever-increasing workload while undergoing transformational change.

The Role

Reporting to a motivational and inspirational Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable duties.

Some typical duties will involve:

• Accounts Payable
• Coding and matching invoices to Purchase Orders
• Supplier & internal query resolution
• Reconciliations
• Finance Reporting of Accounts Payable
• Maintain accounts emails
• Assist with monthly reporting

This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking a temp to perm opportunity with a quick start.

Your Profile

To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

• Strong accounts payable experience preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong Attention to detail
• Organisational Skills
• Effective communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and hit KPIs

Previous experience with MS Dynamics or MS Navision would be advantageous.
