About the role

As a Service Coordinator at Silver Care', you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Disability Support Services in Adelaide. This full-time position will see you working closely with our care team to coordinate client schedules, liaise with families, and provide administrative support to keep our services running efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Manage client schedules and rosters to ensure timely and quality service delivery

Coordinate with our care team to address any client requests or issues that arise

Liaise with clients and their families to provide updates and handle inquiries

Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and general office tasks

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service coordination processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar service coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the NDIS or healthcare sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, families, and the care team

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and schedules

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technology

A genuine passion for supporting older adults and a commitment to providing exceptional care
