Are you an accounts whiz with an eye for detail and a love of getting things done right the first time? We’re looking for an Accounts Superstar to take charge of payables and admin support for our client's busy Dandenong office!

If you’re organised, proactive, and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly – from invoices to office admin – this is your chance to shine.

💰 Your Day-to-Day

Process supplier invoices, POs, and payments with accuracy and care

Reconcile accounts and keep financial records up to date

Build great relationships with suppliers and resolve invoice queries

Assist with payroll documentation and reimbursements

Coordinate fleet servicing, insurance, and office admin tasks

Keep filing systems tidy and jump in to help the team when needed

💡 What Makes You Our Superstar

2–3+ years’ experience in accounts payable or finance admin

Confident with Xero (or other accounting systems)

Sharp attention to detail – you spot things others miss

Excellent time management and communication skills

Excel and Outlook proficiency

A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
