Our client is an established and growing national group of specialist clinics and is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 clinics across the NSW region. This is a senior, strategic leadership role with full commercial and operational oversight - ideal for a confident multi-site leader ready to make a broad, meaningful impact.
You'll work closely with practice managers and executive stakeholders, driving performance, resourcing, compliance, and long-term success across your region. This is not a day-to-day clinic role - it's about leading with influence, setting standards, and keeping a sharp focus on high-level outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee 10 clinics and lead a team of practice managers across NSW
- Ensure consistent staffing, performance, compliance and financial targets are met
- Drive operational best practice and policy rollout
- Own and manage full P&L responsibility across your region
- Partner with doctors, internal HR, and health & safety teams to resolve escalations
- Set and monitor KPIs, with clear accountability and commercial outcomes
We're Looking For
- Proven multi-site management experience in healthcare (e.g. GP or specialty clinics)
- Strong leadership style - confident, clear, and grounded in accountability and integrity
- Commercial acumen with P&L experience and a strategic mindset
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance/accreditation standards
- Proficiency with clinical systems like Best Practice (Cubico/Practice Hub a bonus)
- High personal values, a can-do attitude, and the ability to lead without ego

Work Style
