Are you an experienced leader ready to take the next step in your career? Evolve Talent is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across NSW area. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in team management, project coordination, and delivering exceptional client outcomes across multiple sites.

You'll be instrumental in driving performance, leading regional teams, and managing a diverse portfolio of projects; from insurance repairs to residential upgrades. This is not a hands-on trade role; instead, your focus will be on people management, operational oversight, and client relationship development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead & Manage Regional Teams: Supervise and support site supervisors, coordinators, and field staff across multiple locations.
• Project Oversight: Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery by managing work flows, client expectations, and operational resources.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to regional planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives in alignment with company goals.
• Talent Development: Mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior supervisory, area manager, or regional operations role, ideally in construction, insurance, facilities, or property services.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving performance across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritise tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A White Card and full driver's licence.
• Background in carpentry, trade, or handyman services is advantageous but not essential.
