About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to lead client relationships and a small team within a globally focused accounting firm. You'll oversee business services, tax compliance and advisory matters for international clients, working closely with senior leadership and overseas offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of international clients across business services and taxation.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team, ensuring high-quality client delivery.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and FBT compliance.
• Provide strategic business and tax advisory support in collaboration with senior colleagues.
• Liaise with overseas head offices and assist clients with cross-border compliance matters.
• Manage corporate secretarial tasks, including incorporations and ASIC requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and firm development projects.

About You

• CA qualified with a minimum of 8 years' experience in Australian public practice.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead small teams.
• Strong technical knowledge across business services, tax compliance and advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with international or cross-border clients highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Xero/XPM and solid general IT skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
