Role - Customer Service - Lending Officer
Hours - 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday

The Role

• Guiding clients throughout the loan applications process
• Answering both incoming calls and emails from all parties
• Ensure merchants are completely satisfied with their service
• Assess loan applications
• Explain loan options and terms

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently
• Strong client service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with a team
