In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for high volume inbound customer enquiries across phone and email channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly
• Resolve issues and follow up on enquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requests and provide accurate information
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About You:

• Proven experience in administration, reception, call centre, or phone-based customer service roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
