Due to Brisbane hosting the 2032 Olympics and the imminent commencement of large, iconic construction projects, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Allocations Consultant to join us. With a strong forward order book this role offers true career progression opportunities for the right person.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be based at our Wooloongabba office and will be responsible for the timely allocation of construction workers and traffic controllers to our various jobsites in South East QLD. You will work closely with our Traffic and Operations Manager, responding to client orders and resolving any client issues. Lindores Personnel uses a modern allocations system allocating work to employees via workers personal devices.
ABOUT YOU
Current experience as an allocations consultant or in recruitment is preferred.
· Broad understanding of Commercial Construction.
· Ideal – _experience with Assignar App and in SEQ Commercial Construction
· Can work collaboratively within a team first environment.
· Experience dealing with construction workers and traffic controllers preferred.
· Have an eye for detail.
· Thrive on making things happen.
· Have Customer Service / Client Care.
· Display enthusiasm, have a hard-working can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile.
· Have excellent communication and organisational skills, including written and spoken English.
· Have a high level of self-confidence and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
· You must be adaptable, quick thinking and a great problem solver.

Ute Spread Sheet, for allocations and billing
Supply TMI’s with TGS’s
Ensure Utes are ready with correct signs for the job (Mark to assist)
Out of hours requests
Assignar setup & adaptation
