The role
Reporting to the Director of New Business, you'll take the lead on preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial and community-based projects. You'll work closely with a passionate team who value precision, initiative, and collaboration.

What you'll do

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

Analyse drawings, plans, and specifications

Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers

Collaborate with the Director and project teams to identify risks and opportunities

What you'll bring

5+ years' experience in commercial estimating

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations

Proficiency in Cubit, EstimateOne, and Excel (desirable)

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and team focus
