Position available: Clinic Manager/Dermal Therapist

We’re currently seeking a dynamic and driven Clinic Manager to lead our clinic in Ashford. The role is 9-5 Monday-Friday, great work life balance with no weekends or after hours.

About the Role

As a Clinic Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic – leading your team, driving results, and creating a culture where clients and team members feel valued and inspired.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.

Overseeing clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.

Nurturing strong client relationships and building on our loyal clientele.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma of Beauty Therapy minimum; Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science highly regarded

Industry experience preferred

Experience with UltraCeuticals & O Cosmedics highly regarded

Strong client consultation and communication skills

Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
