About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and approachable Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director and General Manager. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner — the person who helps keep things running smoothly, takes care of the details, and makes sure our leaders can focus on what they do best.

This is more than an admin role. You’ll be a key part of our team, building strong relationships, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and bringing a proactive, problem-solving approach every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Being the first point of contact for the Managing Director and General Manager, handling communications with warmth and professionalism.

Coordinating busy diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Preparing reports, presentations, and documents that help bring clarity and focus.

Supporting projects and following up on actions to keep things moving.

Anticipating needs and stepping in to solve problems before they arise.

Always maintaining confidentiality and trust.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience supporting senior leaders as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.

Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A positive, flexible approach with the confidence to take initiative.

Someone who values teamwork, is approachable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
