About the role
You will manage a busy residential portfolio, supported with admin and leasing resources. This role reports to the Department Manager and offers the chance to grow within a highly regarded office backed by a reputable brand.

Duties
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Process applications and tenancy agreements
• Manage inspections, arrears, and maintenance
• Coordinate insurance and tribunal matters
• Contribute to business growth through client care

Skills & experience
• Current SA Property Manager Registration
• Knowledge of residential legislation
• Confident using modern PM software
• Strong organisational and people skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast paced role
