About the Role

• Community-based caseload across aged care facilities and adult clients
• Hybrid model - office culture + community visits
• Caseload includes home care, aged care, NDIS and work health & safety
• KPI expectations tailored to your experience (4.5 - 5.6 clients/day)Open to new graduates and experienced OTs
