As market leaders in the area of Bathroom and Balcony leakage repairs. We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic Customer Service Officers to join our Brisbane / Gold Coast office in Ormeau.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Handle a high volume of incoming & outgoing calls with inquiries from our clients

· Handling inquiries received via email

· Scheduling of Quotes for our consultants - Liaising with the home owner, Real Estates & Tenants.

· Data entry of quotes and sending to our account & COD clients

· Scheduling of Jobs for our technicians for works to be carried out

· Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information

· CRM Management - Data Entry

· Invoicing of Jobs

· Processing of payments from clients

· Accounts Receivable / Payable

· General Customer Service

· General Office / Admin Duties

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes

· Able to work autonomously

· Must have experience working with CRM systems – preferable using SIMPRO

· Able to deal with a fast paced environment

· Must be able to multi task

· Adaptability to change in the work place

· High attention to detail

· Exceptional time management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to demonstrate professionalism
