What’s the Job on Offer?
We’re looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Officer to join our team at Absolute Domestics. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and contractors, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to enquiries, and providing exceptional support. If you thrive on helping people, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Our newly built Cleveland office offers plenty of off-street parking and is just a 10-minute walk from Cleveland Train Station.
Positions on offer: ( 2 Roles on offer)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm and in daylight savings times, 7:30am - 4pm
And
8:30am - 5pm all year

Tech Requirements…
To succeed in this role, you must be confident using technology in a fast-paced office environment. This includes:
Quickly learning and navigating our custom-built CRM
Using Microsoft Outlook and Teams efficiently for daily communication and coordination
Working comfortably with dual monitors for multitasking
Having strong touch-typing skills (minimum 45 wpm)
What We Need From You…
A passion for sales, service, and retention.
Confidence and empathy when speaking with clients and contractors.
A proactive, results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of 100+ calls a day.
Team leadership qualities to support and motivate your team of contractors
A friendly, upbeat personality and a “can-do” attitude.
Compensation:
Competitive pay under the Clerks Award 2010, with a rate that acknowledges your experience and skills. Benefits include 50% off Club Lime gym membership and more. Specific details regarding salary and any additional benefits will be discussed further during the interview process.
