We’re 4u Care- a Newcastle-based team committed to radically improving the lives of people with disability. We tailor supports to enrich lives, build friendships, and foster new skills while delivering quality person centered care.

This is a targeted recruitment for female support workers living in- or able to regularly travel-to Port Stephens to provide quality support through the day and night.

What You’ll Do:

Help people live their lives to the fullest by:

Supporting participants to achieve their goals

Assisting with personal care, medication and health needs

Guiding daily routines and building capacity

Providing manual handling and mobility support

Who We’re Looking For:

Females seeking permanent part-time employment.

Based in or able to travel to Port Stephens area.

Genuine, reliable, motivated people who love supporting others.

Available at least 4 full days per week, including overnights and weekends.

Experienced or interested in supported independent living work.

Comfortable with personal care and complex support needs.

NSW Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

HLTAID011 First Aid & CPR

Driver’s licence and your own vehicle

Willingness to complete our induction program including online and f2f training
