Disability Support Worker

Part-time | 15–25 hours per week (with potential for more)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants, empowering them to live independently and achieve their personal goals. The position offers 15–25 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support with personal care, community access, and daily living activities.

Assist participants in developing independent living skills and achieving individual goals.

Support clients to participate in recreational and social activities, including outings.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and communication.

Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to deliver quality care.

About You

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent experience in a support role.

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.

Preferred

Male support worker (to suit client preferences and care needs).

Shared interests in beach fishing, bike riding, and bowling — bonus if you love getting outdoors and active!
